Returns
Our return policy covers a 30-day period. Should 30 days pass since the delivery of your item, we regretfully cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For a return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be accompanied by its original packaging.
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that any shipping expenses incurred when returning the package to us are not covered by us.
All products, with the exception of items in our 'Personalized Jewelry' collection, can be returned for a refund. Please understand that personalized jewelry, due to its unique nature, is exempt from our return policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. Furthermore, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
In case you haven't received your refund yet, it's advised to first review your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially reflected. If necessary, get in touch with your bank. Refunds often entail a processing period before they are fully processed. If you've taken these steps and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@rosadohill.com.
Order Changes/Cancellations
Modifications or cancellations to orders can only be made within a 12-hour window from the time the order was placed. This encompasses changes related to shipping address, quantity, and item variants. Our order processing is prompt, so if you're unable to reach us within this timeframe, you will need to await the order's arrival and then proceed with a return. Should an error in your shipping address occur and you fail to contact us within 12 hours, we cannot guarantee delivery to the intended address.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are solely granted for items that are defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for the same item, kindly send an email to support@rosadohill.com.
Shipping
The responsibility for the cost of returning your item lies with you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without such measures in place.
